Job Description

Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary to address the personal need and comfort of patients in an environment that promotes dignity and healing.
Performs vital signs and activities of daily living as outlined on plan of care inclusive of ADL’s. Assists on hourly rounding and documents care rendered per guidelines
