Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool (Full-Time Nights)

Location: Geneva, NY 14456

UP TO: $2,290/week

Schedule:

1. Full-time, 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
2. Every other weekend and holiday rotations required
3. 2 on-call shifts required per 4-week period
4. Must be able to float between Med/Surg, ICU, and ED units

Requirements

1. License: Currently licensed by NYS as a Registered Professional Nurse
2. Education: BSN required
3. Experience: Critical care experience required; must be cross-trained for multiple units (Med/Surg, ICU, ER)
4. Certifications (Minimum):
5. BLS, ACLS, PALS (through AHA or RQI system during orientation)
6. NIHSS
7. Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
8. CPI certification within 90 days of hire
9. Certifications (Preferred):
10. Emergency Nurses Association certification within 2 years of hire
11. TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire

1. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
2. Professional, courteous communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
4. Team-oriented with effective role modeling
5. Computer literacy required; preferred experience with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
