Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://pieets.com and related website pages operated by PIEETS Advantage Services, Inc. ("PIEETS," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, clicking a link, applying for a position, or communicating with PIEETS through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2

About PIEETS

PIEETS is a healthcare staffing agency that connects healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities and provides staffing-related services, including temporary staffing, per diem staffing, travel nursing, allied health staffing, permanent placement support, locum tenens placement, credentialing and compliance support, workforce planning, education and training support, telehealth staffing, and related human resources support.

3

Website Information Is Not a Contract

The website provides general information about PIEETS, available services, career opportunities, client inquiries, and related staffing resources. Website content does not create an employment contract, assignment contract, client staffing agreement, guarantee of placement, guarantee of work hours, guarantee of pay, or guarantee of candidate selection.

Employment, assignment, placement, client services, payroll, credentialing, and staffing obligations are governed by applicable written agreements, handbooks, policies, client requirements, and law. Specific assignment terms must be confirmed in a separate written assignment agreement or other authorized written document.

4

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that information you submit to PIEETS will be accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping copies of information you submit and for updating PIEETS when information relevant to an application, credential, license, certification, availability, or client inquiry changes.

5

Job Applications, Careers, and Assignments

Job postings, career pages, job-search links, dashboard links, onboarding materials, or communications from PIEETS do not guarantee employment, assignment, compensation, travel reimbursement, benefits, or placement at any facility. PIEETS may evaluate applicants and healthcare professionals based on qualifications, credentialing requirements, client needs, availability, performance, background checks, work authorization, health-screening requirements, references, competency documentation, and other lawful criteria.

PIEETS may decline, withdraw, delay, cancel, or modify recruitment, onboarding, assignment, or placement activity consistent with business needs, client requirements, credentialing status, safety considerations, and applicable law.

6

Client Facility Inquiries

Information submitted by client facilities or prospective clients through the website is used to evaluate staffing needs and communicate about PIEETS services. No client staffing relationship is created until PIEETS and the client execute an authorized written agreement or other approved written confirmation.

7

No Medical Advice or Patient-Care Relationship

The website is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical supervision, patient-care instructions, or emergency medical services. PIEETS is a staffing company, not an emergency response service through this website. In a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate help from a qualified healthcare provider or emergency service.

8

14

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIEETS and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, reliance on, or submission of information through the website.
