Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential care to our residents, ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
2. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
3. Provide nutritional support, including meal delivery and assistance with feeding
4. Implement rehabilitative care plans, including range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance
5. Promptly report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
6. Accurately document care provided according to facility protocols

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
3. BLS certification (AHA/RQI specifically)
4. One year of previous Long-Term Care experience
5. Must be licensed for at least 1 year

Schedule:

Full Time Day/evening shift variables, scheduled as needed by client + EVERY WEEKEND scheduling, holidays required
